Mexican Taco Mix


1 kg Extra Lean Beef Mince

500g sliced Muschrooms

Large Cabbage Leaves

2 Brown onions

2 tsps of brushed garlic

2 x 400g Mexican/4 Bean mix

1 x 125g can of tomato paste

1 tsp tumeric

1 tsp smoked paprika


Dice onions and lightly brown with garlic in a large non-stick pan. for 2 minutes Add beef mince and cook for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Add mushrooms, drained beans, tomato paste, turmeric and paprika and stir through for 5 minutes or until all mince is cooked through. Simmer on the stove for 30 minutes (Optional)

Add to Large cabbage leaves on top of Kickin Coleslaw, add leftovers to Zucchini Zoodles.
