Stir-fry Sesame Greens



1 Zucchini

2 Bunches of Asparagus

2 Bunches of Brocollini

4 Kale Leave

1 large brown onion

1 tbs Crushed Garlic

1 tsp Sesame oil


Slice onion and chop Asparagus and Brocollini. Heat oil in non-stick saucepan before adding all ingredients, stir fry through till cooked. Add to a bowl to raw spirilized zucchini and mix through. Add sesame seeds to garnish. Add Lemon Poached Chicken to make multiple meals.
