Poached Lemon Chicken


700g Chicken Breast

2 Lemons


Pinch of Salt

(Optional Spring onions or Leeks)


Place Chicken and Chopped Lemons in Slow Cooker (optional add chopped spring onions or leeks)

Cover with water and cook slowly until soft and cooked through. Serve immediately and make multiple meals.

Add do Kickin Coleslaw, Cauliflower and Brocolli Rice or Meditarian grilled salad
